October Half Term in Cyprus

We have visited Cyprus twice in the summer in recent years and are thinking of coming at the end of October for a week. We like to stay in the Latchi area.

Will restaurants and water sports still be open at that time in this area? We like our food and eat out most of the time! Our teenagers like to dive, hence the need for water sport facilities.
