I don't live in the TRNC (Turkish controlled part of Cyprus) sorry so I can't recommend any motorbike rental companies on that side of the island.

But a simple google search for Kyrenia motorbike hire will give you several options. You just then need to contact the relevant companies direct.

In order to choose a reputable company, I suggest you read some of the traveller reviews for Kyrenia and scooter/motorbike hire on TripAdvisor.T There you can find honest reviews from other tourists and/or people who live in North Cyprus and have hired motorbikes in the past.
