I assume you are asking me how to tell your hotel in Greek that are allergic to wheat and gluten?

First, ALL hotels speak perfect English so you don't need to worry about trying to learn Greek for coeliac! There are several ways to say it including "Ime Koiliakos."

Not sure if you are staying half board or if you intend to eat out at restaurants but you may want to download a copy of this gluten free restaurant card from Coeliac travel to show your hotel/taverna.

You won't need to worry here as we have plenty of gluten free food in tavernas including salads, dips, fish, grilled meats etc.
