E4 European long distance path (Cyprus)

I am interested in walking the E4 in Cyprus. Is there any map (online or paper) where the complete E4 is tagged? Or a GPX file of the complete path would be extremely helpful. Here (http://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/157354) the path is partially marked.
