I' ve a moroccan passport with 4 years sheingen visa and live in north cyprus but when I was coming to the island I came from larnaca and went to north side after ; so when I'll have to cross borders next time to the south ; will they make it difficult again in the greek borders like asking questions or ...

Border crossings in Cyprus

I'm not an expert but I don't think there will be a problem. You can freely cross the border whatever your nationality and your passport is not stamped only the white piece of paper you got when you entered from the South. If you have lost that however, they will need to find you on the TRNC system and "sign" you back out of the north. That may be the only difficulty you face.
