A special place to stay to see old paphos

My Mum and I are planing a short break to celebrate our 75th/50th birthdays. We want to go at the end of October and Old Paphos is on the bucket list. I am looking for a luxury hotel, not too big, with access to a clean beach good for swimming, with a gym ad spa and ideally a swimming pool too. We want to see sights such as Aphrodites rock and temple, and enjoy good authentic Greek food. Can you recommend anywhere that meets our criteria? Thank you!
